At Alchimie du Voyage, we design refined and fully tailor-made journeys across India for international travelers and travel advisors. The following terms and conditions apply to all travel arrangements confirmed with our company.

1. Booking Confirmation
All travel arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Alchimie du Voyage Private Limited.

Due to the bespoke nature of our journeys and the high demand for certain properties and experiences, early confirmation is strongly recommended.

2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required in order to secure hotels, transport, guides and other services included in the itinerary.

The payment schedule will be clearly indicated in the travel proposal or pro-forma invoice provided to the client. Final payment must be received prior to the start of the journey, within the deadline specified in the confirmation documents.

Payments may be made via secure online payment links, international bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the date of cancellation and the conditions imposed by hotels, transport providers and other suppliers involved in the itinerary. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Certain luxury properties, private experiences and seasonal travel periods may involve stricter cancellation conditions.

4. Changes to the Itinerary
Clients may request modifications to their itinerary prior to departure. Such requests are subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on the services affected.

While every effort is made to operate journeys exactly as planned, Alchimie du Voyage reserves the right to adjust arrangements when necessary due to operational requirements, supplier availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, suitable alternatives of comparable standard will be offered whenever possible.

5. Responsibility
Alchimie du Voyage acts as an organizer of travel services including accommodation, transport, guides and curated experiences.

While we carefully select our partners and suppliers, we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, disruptions or events caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, natural events, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas and any required travel documentation for entry into India and other destinations included in their itinerary.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical assistance, travel disruptions and personal belongings.
